Quiet time 10pm - 7am All keys must be returned at checkout. Guests will be charged $10 per missing key. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Guests tampering with the device will be charged $200. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the property, including all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and marijuana. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and away from doors and windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts and related waste properly. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee to cover the cost of professional cleaning and odor removal. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests.

This is a non-smoking building. There is absolutely no smoking in the unit nor on the lanai, nor on the pool deck. There is a designated smoking area outside the lobby. There are smoke detectors in the unit. There will be a $490 fine for smoking in the unit for additional cleaning. Keys must be left in the unit upon checkout. Guests will be charged $10 per misplaced key. Please note that a $10 fee will be charged for any missing or damaged towels during your stay. Please be aware that our unit is situated within a condo hotel. In accordance with the hotel’s policies, we are obligated to collect the phone numbers and email addresses of all guests.
